Accounting

The accounting module registers and monitors the accountancy effects in the system. This module was developed having as main purposes:ease of use, the automation as much as possible of the accountancy operations, the easy adaptation to the client's specific requests and the adaptation to changes that appear in legislation.

The system allows the qualified personnel to define and modify the counting modalities for the elements in the system which have a role in documents generating accountancy records. Once the modalities have been defined the system automatically generates accountancy records for each document, thus users are not required to have accountancy knowledge.

The automation of generating accountancy records increases the preciseness of the accountancy information, reducing time necessary to operate the documents and eliminates mistakes that can arrive from the accountancy’s perspective at the individual operation of documents.

More basic functionalities offered by the accountancy module:

  • complete definition of the system's planning accounts, the user being able to specify analytical accounts on as many levels as he desires
  • chronological recording of the accountancy effects for all the documents which operate in the system
  • possibility to operate at the same time on several months, up to the accountancy closing (moment in which the accountancy operations are not allowed anymore, so none of the documents which generate recordings can be recorded)
  • generation of the main documents and accountancy records:
    • balance sheet / income and outcome account
    • sales journal
    • acquisitions journal
    • balance sheet
    • analytical account record
    • the general ledger
